3 Days / Week
- 2 mile run
- 300 Elevated push ups (open grip)
- 200 weighted pull ups w/ 20lb weight until fail
- 200 knee-to-elbow leg raises (hanging from pull up bar)
- 1 mile powerwalk @ max elevation (on treadmill)
