How a BMG Model Stays Fit

People always ask what I do to stay fit, so here’s a description of an average workout for a day.

3 Days / Week

  1. 2 mile run
  2. 300 Elevated push ups (open grip)
  3. 200 weighted pull ups w/ 20lb weight until fail
  4. 200 knee-to-elbow leg raises (hanging from pull up bar)
  5. 1 mile powerwalk @ max elevation (on treadmill)
